What training methods do you use?
We use positive reinforcement methods based on reward-based training. Our approach focuses on building a strong, trusting bond between you and your dog.

What age should I start training my dog?
You can start as early as 8 weeks old! We offer puppy classes for dogs aged 8–20 weeks and junior classes for older pups.

Do you offer one-to-one training sessions?
Yes, we offer private training sessions for dogs and owners who need individualized support or prefer a tailored approach.
​
My dog is reactive/scared/nervous – can you help?
Whilst our classes may not be suitable for you (please contact us if you are unsure), we'd be more than happy to offer 1-2-1 support.

How long will it take to see results?
Every dog is different, but many owners notice improvements after just a few sessions. Consistency and practice are key.

Puppy & Junior Class FAQs
​
What does the puppy course include?
Our puppy program covers basic skills, socialisation, problem prevention, and essential life skills.

What happens if I miss a class?
Let us know in advance, and we’ll do our best to provide handouts or schedule a catch-up option if available.

Can children attend classes with me?
Yes, children are welcome if supervised. It’s a great learning experience for the whole family!

Logistics & Booking
​
Where are your classes held?
Our group classes take place at set locations in S11 & S17. Private sessions, bootcamps or Puppy Pre-School can be at your home or in an agreed outdoor space.

How do I book a class or consultation?
You can book directly through our website using the contact or booking form. Alternatively, feel free to call or email us.
​
What should I bring to class?
Please bring your dog on a secure lead, a harness, plenty of small treats, a treat pouch, and a favourite toy.

What if my dog is unwell on the day of class?
Please keep your dog at home if they are unwell. We’re happy to offer guidance on what to do next.

Online Training & Support
​
Do you offer virtual training sessions?
Yes, we offer online consultations for those who prefer remote support or are outside our in-person service area.

Do you provide support between sessions?
Yes, clients receive support materials, and we’re happy to answer follow-up questions via email or phone.

Payments & Policies
​
What is your cancellation policy?
We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations. We do not offer refunds but will be happy to work with you to rearrange where possible.

How can I pay for sessions?
Payment can be made at point of booking via the website.
