Our Puppy and Junior courses consist of a mandatory online induction (on Zoom) followed by 5 practical sessions.

During the induction we will teach you some foundation skills in preparation for your face to face classes, and discuss how we will train your dog. We will tell you what equipment to bring to class too. Please DO attend!

If you have a rescue dog or you are unsure if your dog would cope around other dogs, please contact our admin team before booking. The welfare of your dog is paramount, and we need to assess whether group class lessons are appropriate for your dog

If you are going to be absent, please inform us. Your homework will be e-mailed to you as normal. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer an alternative class.

If your dog is ill and unable to attend class, you can still attend without your dog.

Dogs in season should not attend. You can still attend without your dog.

You are booking a complete course of learning, please check dates as we are unable to transfer between classes.

Please check the course criteria suits your dog prior to booking and note that no refunds are given after booking except in exceptional circumstances.

​It is your responsibility to make sure you have all required equipment for each class. We recommend bringing a chew, Kong or Enrichment toy to class to help your dog settle during the training session.

We do not recommend or use chain leads, extending leads, slip leads, or figure of eight leads.
